Let’s chit-chat about discipline!
These are all things I always did, but have really struggled doing since having my first child. To be honest, that transition ROCKED me emotionally.

With me feeling a bit more back to myself, I’ve been thinking more about the energy and mood I bring to the home, and I have realized there have been quite a few little shifts that I would like to fix!

So here is what I’m doing in hopes to bring a better energy to my home because how can we ever grow if we don’t question ourselves?

There are many things you can do prior to the potty training years. Potty independence can begin at birth, and there are SO many things you can do to begin preparing your baby for it.

Because babies thrive in predictability and consistency, the earlier they are introduced to the toilet, the more they become familiar with it and the processes that come with going to the restroom.
