Had a wonderful time recording the latest Bach52 episode with the amazing Nicholas Phan (https://nicholas-phan.com/bach-52). We were in the concert hall the SF Conservatory of Music - beautiful!!

We've switched to an even EARLIER piano! From an anonymous maker, probably 1795-ish? And you can see it's in what was someone's old harpsichord case.

Just finished our second night of sessions - recording Beethoven violin sonatas on period instruments - who knew there was a collection of antique pianos in backwoods Massachusetts! Wonderful to work with such wonderful artists as Jeri Jorgensen and Cullen Bryant, and with the fabulous engineer Christopher Greenleaf.

By the way, I LOVE my new Grace m900 h'phone amp!
