Art with soul. Community at its core!

Last night’s Sip & Stroll Social was an opportunity to bring together Stroll business partners, local artists and Biltmore Park and Biltmore Forest & The Ramble neighbors for a night of connection. Thank you to Village Artist Market owner Naomi Duncan for welcoming us into her beautifully curated gallery and for supporting local artists who lost their studios after Hurricane Helene.

“You knocked it out of the park once again with your article ‘Mindset Matters: Curate Your Happiness’ [March 2025]. Wisdom and common sense put into words.” —Diane Cast, Heathbrook Circle

“I loved your article ‘Mindset Matters: A Mosaic Concept’ [April 2025]. Spot on. I was a world-class multitasker when working for Sprint and raising kids and building a home. Crazy it was, but no one was left out, including the kids. Thanks for sharing!” —Greg Caspers, Pinchot Drive

At McKinney Insurance Services, we’ve always believed business is personal. For over 40 years, our family has built relationships the old-fashioned way - by showing up, listening, and being there when our community and neighbors need us most.
That’s why working with Stroll Biltmore Park just makes sense. This magazine connects us with our neighbors in a way that feels genuine. We believe it’s more than advertising - it’s about telling our story and being part of the community we care about.
Through Stroll, we get to share what makes McKinney Insurance Services so special: our local roots, our commitment to giving back, and our promise to treat every client like family. It’s a way for us to stay visible and involved in the neighborhood we love and serve.
Like Stroll Biltmore Park, we believe in investing in our community - and that’s what makes all the difference!
— Chad McKinney, President, McKinney Insurance Services

“There are so many reasons to love Stroll Biltmore Park — the beautiful stories of our neighbors, the helpful events calendars, the Biltmore Park updates — but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Reed and Sandra Bilbray. There are Stroll magazines all over the country lifting up their respective neighborhoods, but what makes our neighborhood magazine so special is what the Bilbrays bring — authentic connection, helpful advice and a steadfast focus on doing what is right for our neighbors and the community at large. This was never more evident than the months following Hurricane Helene. They centered the magazine with so much heart and compassion for our village, something we all needed. And Sandra’s writing column [Mindset Matters] is the first thing I turn to every month. So thank you to Reed and Sandra!” —Lizzie Cozart

“My husband (Mark Albano) and I were discussing opening a community center for some time. We wanted a place where families could gather and find commonality, share stories and watch their children grow together, and that’s how We Rock the Spectrum (a kids’ play gym and preschool) was born in 2020. The team at Stroll Biltmore Park shares a similar mission of uplifting and strengthening community. Neighbors find common ground, form new relationships and strengthen community ties. We Rock the Spectrum and Stroll Biltmore Park are both creating positive environments where people come together and support one another. This shared vision is why we are a part of Stroll Biltmore Park.” —Vanessa Albano, owner of We Rock the Spectrum

“I look forward to every issue of Stroll Biltmore Park magazine. Reading about the extraordinary families we have in the neighborhood is delightful. Who knew we had such talented and generous folks living nearby? I also like how you have columns and features for kids too. As a retiree, I feel it enriches my life to be able to keep in touch with the interests of every generation. Well done, Stroll staff and founders.”
