Anytime I see “best” my inner skeptic rears up like a wild mustang. When I saw that brazen proclamation attached to The Vault’s burger I had to try it for myself.
Hooray! No here. The cooked-to-order patty of Hickory Nut Gap beef comes adorned with Heritage Farms bacon, white cheddar, spicy mayo and (thank you baby Jesus) arugula. I chose tots as my side. Hot, fresh, delicious crispy edges on my medium-well burger.
Beverages range from amaze balls cocktails to a selection of local beer — I had a 20-ouncer of Hi-Wire Brown.
Casual, fun, crowd pleaser. Al fresco seating for you outdoor types.
