The Buncombe County District Attorney's Office says, Troy Pipkin was sentenced to two consecutive active prison terms of 21 to 38 months each and is required to register as a s*x offender for the rest of his life.

OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING - HENDERSONVILLE

Officer Involved Shooting Off Hebron Road

At approximately 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 15, 2026, the Hendersonville Police Department responded to a 911 call from Hebron Terrace Apartments at 609 Hebron Road in Hendersonville regarding a man with a knife. Officers arrived on scene and were approached by the suspect with a knife. In response to the threat, an officer shot the suspect. The suspect was transported to Mission Hospital. The NCSBI is investigating the incident according to standard officer involved shooting policy.

There is a heavy law enforcement presence near Hebron Terrace Apartments and the public is asked to avoid the area.

Shamika Langford 44 years old.
Black Female
5’04” height 170 lbs
Pierced ears
Shoulder length dreads

Ms. Langford was last seen wearing a beige hoodie, grey pants, black sneakers, glasses, and a black backpack.

Ms. Langford suffers from cognitive health issues. She was last seen leaving on foot around noon on 03/14/2026. Ms. Langford has family in the Hillcrest community of Asheville. ASHEVILLE POLICE LOOKING FOR ARMED AND DANGEROUS MAN - MAN IS CHARGED WITH ALLEDGED SHOOTING ON NORTH LEXINGTON AVE -

Asheville Police Department Detectives have charged Calobe Leo Workman (07/01/2006) in the North Lexington shooting on March 8th and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating him.

As a part of an active and ongoing investigation, Workman was charged with alledged Felony Discharge Firearm from an Enclosure to insight fears. Detectives are actively looking for Workman, who is described as a 19-year-old black male, 6’3”, with black hair and brown eyes.

Workman should be considered armed and dangerous. If seen, do not approach; call 911 immediately. If you have any information on Workman’s whereabouts, you are urged to contact the APD at (828) 252-1110. 🚨BREAKING🚨 THE FIRST NINE ANTIFA T*RRORIST ANARCHISTS FOUND GUILTY OF T*RRORISM - TWO OF THEM HAVE TIES TO ASHEVILLE -

All nine members of the Antifa cell in Texas have been found guilty of t*rrorism charges brought by the DOJ.

The members of the North Texas Antifa cell carried out a t*rrorist attack on an ICE facility.

FBI Director Kash Patel said,
"A federal jury just convicted nine violent extremists for the July 4 attack on an ICE detention center in Texas. They ambushed law enforcement, shot an officer in the neck, and thought they’d get away with it."

"Today justice prevailed. Terrorists who target our agents will face the full force of federal law. We will continue dismantling violent extremist networks and the funding pipelines that support them."

This is the first time in history that members of Antifa have been prosecuted and convicted on federal t*rrorism charges - with critics saying this sets a powerful precedent that leftist extremists will now have consequences for their actions.

The ambush happened on July 4 of last year at the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas.

Antifa members shot at law enforcement, and used explosives in the attack. One local police officer was shot in the neck.

The Antifa members were charged with multiple charges including:

🔴Rioting

🔴Conspiracy to use and carry explosives during a violent crime

🔴Using or carrying explosives in furtherance of that crime

One of the Antifa members was charged with attempted m*rder of a federal officer.

The jury reached a verdict after a 12 day trial. Sentencing is next week.

VIDEO SURFACES OF ANARCHIST ATTACK AT THE WEST ASHEVILLE LIBRARY

On June 29th 2024, the Firestorm Bookstore sponsored a pro Hamas terroist meeting at the Asheville Library.

Being Jewish and curious about why anarchists were full of hatred toward Jews in their hometown,
Monica Buckley, David Moritz, and Bob Campbell attended the meeting but we're viciously attacked by the crowd.

This week, four individuals of that crowd pled guilty and were sentenced. Michael Solomon Brocenos, 34, Tyler Byrne Hackett Kelly, 33, and Emily Kathryn Murphy, 38, each pleaded guilty to simple assault. The three were originally charged with ethnic intimidation. A fourth person, Taylor Danielle Zarkin, 35, pleaded guilty to resisting a public officer.

In the video, you can see 80 year old Bob Campbell fall to his knees after being attacked, kicked, and pushed at the door way. David Moritz can be seen trying to keep the crowd off the elderly man. You can also see Monica Buckley being dragged while trying to protect the 80 year old Campbell.
