Today we're mountain biking Teocali Ridge Death Canal Loop in Crested Butte, CO, which starts at 9,000 feet and ascends to 11,000ft, where there is 30% less oxygen. I've struggled with exercise (and irritant) induced asthma my entire life, but at 39 years old, it has subsided after some efforts to improve my health. Will I need to puff?
