Until then, remember to support local. Especially now. Small businesses need you more than ever. Way more than corporate mega stores. We understand things are tight for you too but choosing to shop locally for a small portion of your needs goes a long way to keep businesses open and families fed.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the closure of The Tri-State Business Directory.

Over the past year, we’ve dedicated ourselves to supporting local businesses and fostering connections within our incredible community. Unfortunately, the current economic uncertainty and the challenges faced by many families and businesses have made it increasingly difficult for us to continue this mission.

The rising costs of paper and ink, the upcoming third postage increase, and significant losses in mailed magazines due to postal worker shortages have made our operations unsustainable. 📉

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to our loyal advertisers and partners for your unwavering support throughout the year. And to our community—thank you for embracing our magazine and being a part of this journey. This decision was not made lightly, and I cherish the memories and connections we’ve created together. ❤️

As we close this chapter, I wish everyone the best in navigating these challenging times. Together, we will emerge stronger!
