I've been using a Zacme for over 4 years and it's hands down own the best appliance that I've ever bought! It's an absolute workhorse. Way better than the KA I replaced. Every cinnamon roll that you've ever bought from me was made on Zacme.
It's on sale and it's worth every penny!

Avoid rt 2 between us and Point Pleasant if possible. Just sat for over 10 minutes waiting to get through. They're doing road work.

One of you suggested that I make some polymer clay magnets for the Mothman Festival so I made a few!
Once they bake I'll clean up the edges with a tiny rotary sander and then add paint to the eyes, glaze them and add the magnets to the back.

Today at the South Charleston Farmers Market I'll have EXTRA cinnamon rolls! Since I won't be here next weekend I baked extra so you can stock up! (They freeze well)

Ok guys, a quick note about tomorrow at the South Charleston Farmers Market and the sourdough bread.
I'm not sure what I'm going to actually take tomorrow and what I'll charge. The last few bakes last week and everything this week just did not bake correctly. I can only guess at this stage it's the temperature regulator on the oven. At high temperatures it seems like it's getting too hot and browning everything too much. It's still great on the inside but the outside is way too dark. The sandwich loaf is fine but it bakes at a much lower temperature. Same flour, same starter, it has to be the oven. So, while I'm gone next weekend I'm going to try to figure it out.
So look for cheaper prices tomorrow on the sourdough because of this. I will figure it out...
