I’m gonna share this to show you not to believe every caption you see. This is my picture. I posted it. I didn’t have 100’s of beers cans stacked up lol. Most were in Shopping bags. We aren’t animals lol. People take any picture and add a caption. I don’t mind but just remember when you see stuff on social media don’t believe it without thinking a little.

I work at a hotel in New York, and last night I had the pleasure of discovering what can only be described as The Great Midwestern Beer Massacre. A family from Wisconsin checked out of their room, and when I opened the door… bro… it looked like a recycling center had exploded.

I’m talking hundreds of empty beer cans. Stacked on tables. Lined up on the floor. One was even balanced on top of the TV like it was trying to get better reception. I’ve seen messy rooms before, but this one genuinely made me wonder if they brought a U-Haul just for the beverages.

And the best part?
They left a note. A note that said:

“Sorry for all the beer cans, we are from Wisconsin.”

Like that explains everything.
Like that’s a medical condition.
Like I should read that and go, “Ah yes, of course. Totally normal.”

Next to the note was their generous tip: twenty bucks.

Twenty dollars.
For a cleanup job that required three trash bags, two deep breaths, and one internal breakdown.

I’m starting to think the note wasn’t an apology… it was a warning.
