Closing for a favorite client on this perfect Fall morning, with the G Milton Small & Associates building stoically in the background. Still owned by the family to this day, it is currently leased to NC State University. Small,
who studied with Mies Van der Rohe in the 1940s created numerous Miesian structures in the area, this being one of the most prominent examples.

What a weekend having so many fun conversations over the new listing (link in bio) in Meredith Woods. Properties such as this one excite and inspire - beautiful to leave the doors open some. It is ok not to be able to discern a favorite part.. as the combination makes it all become clear.

Central NC folks —> Our Meadow View project is on the upcoming , THIS Saturday 9.6.25. 9-5p.

Seven houses are on the tour and this is the only 2nd tour since 2019.. so a chance to get in a lot of fun properties that does not happen often.. One ticket gets access to all properties.
