BREAKING: St. Benedict’s Monastery — described by its stewards as a “symbol of God’s presence” in the heart of a “sacred valley” in Old Snowmass — has sold for $120 million to a limited liability corporation, according to documents filed with the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder.
