SKIN appreciation post ✨

If you’ve been following me a while (and have caught any of my lives or story tutorials) you know that I DO NOT have perfect skin. My skin is very sensitive, acne prone, and easily irritated. I also struggle with hyperpigmentation and cystic acne so yeah — le struggle 😩

These photos are unretouched, filter free, + this day I did a “no foundation” makeup routine 🤯 (more on that later)… I was shook at how great my skin looked for the 1st time in a long time.

So this post is to give a little hope to anyone who may be struggling with acne prone skin. I know it can feel like it will never get better but pls be patient & most importantly be kind to yourself 🤍

I’ll share the “no foundation” routine soon + what I am currently using that has worked for me BUT I wanted this post to focus primarily on the mental state that acne can have an a person. Can you relate?
