This week I was saddened to hear about the passing of Roger Sweet (toy designer who created He-Man) and the closing of

It's very fitting that the first time I visited Gallery 1988 was back in 2010 when I was in LA celebrating my birthday. I heard about their Under the Influence: He-Man and the Masters of the Universe exhibit and I knew I had to check it out. It was such a great experience and I became a fan of theirs ever since.

I wish I had better quality pics but this was 2010 and more than likely I was using 2008 technology! 🤣

16 years later and numerous amounts of art and prints purchased, I say goodbye to a wonderful venue that celebrated pop-culture and art that really spoke to me and my childhood geekdom. Also a wonderful place that offered great support and exposure for artists from all around the world.

Thanks for all the memories Gallery 1988 and thanks to Roger for creating an amazingly iconic brand that has lasted generations.

This film was made with the fans in mind and meant to highlight his career mic drops from the Jackson 5 to his first solo world tour. I think critics wanted something else but what they wanted, they were never gonna get because this was a story of a complex once in a lifetime superstar who lived a storybook style life. No need to dive into scandal because it's been proven that the fans don't care.

This is gonna be a big one if people show up with the potential to be one of the top movies of the year.

If you loved Bohemian Rhapsody, then you'll love this.

The con crud is REAL! 🤧🤒
I'm just finally fully recovering from weekend and realized that due to being extremely overwhelmed, I didn't have a chance to take that many pictures!!!

Overall, it was busy and chaotic. However the mantra of the year is: " have more fun"...and we surely did during the special Universal Studios night. Great seeing familiar faces having a blast outside of the show!

To those that I was able to quickly say hi to, hope to truly catch up with you all through the year. For those I've missed, please know I still love y'all and will make it a point to see you at the next shows.

Always great being with and great having
with us all weekend!
