Our first day in Phnom Penh started with a tour of Orussey Market and neighborhood food tour. Our guides were super knowledgeable and shared the revitalization plans under way is this historic neighborhood. Tons of great food options. Highly recommended this experience when visiting Phnom Penh!!

Sharing knowledge ❤️ Chef Outta Water Chefs Chef Chris Holen and Michael Brine from A Touch of Salt | Restaurant | Townsville lead a class teaching plate presentation and garnishing techniques for 25 culinary arts students at SPOONS Cambodia Organization. The students did a fantastic job and it was an inspiring day for all 💗
