Fresh Off the Press: Miss World Philippines Expands Across the East Coast!

New York, NY — October 13, 2025 — Mr. Arnold Vegafria, National Director of Miss World Philippines, officially teams up with JanB Entertainment, a New York–based media and Entertainment company, for the launch of the Miss World Philippines East Coast partnership.

This exciting partnership extends across throughout the East Coast region, opening opportunities for Filipino-American women to pursue their pageant dreams on a larger scale. In January 2026, JanB Entertainment will launch Lakan and Lakambini ng Pilipinas USA, a prestigious platform celebrating the beauty, intelligence, and cultural pride of Filipinas in America. The winners will be sent to the Philippines to compete for a spot in the Miss World Philippines National Competition, one of the country’s most esteemed pageants.

The contract signing took place today at What’s Up New York Studios, with both parties expressing enthusiasm over this collaboration that bridges continents and empowers global Filipino representation.

Mr. Vegafria is also in New York to attend and support the closing ceremony of the Soho Film Festival 2025
