These are super fun to do, they challenge your:

Shoulders
Core
Calf's (add the Plantar Flexion as your core gets stronger)

4 Sets 20 reps

*Start with a weight that is easy at first but challenges you in the final 5 reps.

Finished the Hyrox competition and I'm super happy to have represented our Astoria community and The Row Astoria.
Thank you guys for the encouragement and motivation, it help battle through to the finish.
1:28 finish time
75th Place Overall
14th in Age group

Great job to all of the participants who came out and represented!
This was an amazing show of how the fitness industry is getting bigger and bigger in New York.

Sunday Competition 4 days out😅😅

TRX Suspension Trainer challenges you to brace and stabilize with your abs, obliques and lower-back so you can use your own bodyweight as resistance.

This is another tool I use in the rowing class to challenge you to use the entire body for the workout.
