10 years ago today, on her birthday, I asked her to marry me. She said yes. 🥳

I KNEW THEN that love was more than the big moments. A decade later, I’ve had the privilege of living that truth.

Love is built in all the ordinary moments in between. In choosing each other, growing together, and making room for who we’re both becoming.

In many ways, that’s I KNEW THEN: learning to love better as we grow. Loving someone well also means staying connected to yourself and becoming the healthiest version of you.

Happy birthday to my wife, my Queen, and the love of my life. 👑🫶🏽

Each INTENTIONAL MEN experience looks different, but the intention remains the same: to connect, grow, and belong.

The experiences bring us together. The consistency of returning together is what builds brotherhood.

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan.

We had to pivot at the last minute, so this month’s MEN’S CIRCLE became a MEN’S CIRCLE MEETUP at Union Square.

And the men still showed up. 🙌🏾

Grateful for every man who came through to connect and spend time in community.

Black & Brown men want spaces to connect, talk, and simply be. And when we create those spaces, men show up.

The plan changed. The connection didn’t.
