Greetings drivers / owners… the COLD is BACK… there are a number of buses and RVs out there that are NOT ready for the coming temps.. Bus drivers this is for you.. many of you have buses that have TOO much WATER in your cooling systems!! Get that HANDLED ASAP. For buses sitting over nite in the cold.. you will start seeing leaks where the bus is parked even if you don’t see it while the engine is warm.. they will show up overnite. In addition lower temps will cause tire pressures to DROP.. check them. Make sure you have WINTER ready washer fluid in the take… Make sure you have FUEL FILTERS AND SEPERATOR filters in the buses CARE box. Carry TIRE SOCKS for traction.. DOT will be checking this year.. finally drivers make sure the GENERATOR has the correct OIL weight for the cold , be sure BAY HEATERS are WORKING. RV owners in ALABAMA check LP tanks and hoses. I suggest LP tank HEATERS for the next few weeks. If anyone needs anything contact me. I am also available to do video assistance if needed , i can walk instruct you on what to do…. What’s up everybody!!! Another PRO TIP: cold is COMING!! For you drivers out running through the holidays into March. FIRST! Get your WATER SEPARATOR filters CHANGED. In addition have the DRYER SERVICED and ALL AIR TANKS BLED… make sure your BAY HEATER is set and working in the WATER BAY. Double check tires on units that have been SITTING. There’s been problems with 365/70/22.5 Michelin steers and tags with separating at the top of the sidewall. I’m not in Colorado to help you out anymore. Don’t trust that IT’S BEEN LOOKED AT… you’re the driver! Make certain YOUR bus is READY. Safe travels DRIVERS. Alan
