I am a firm believer in the concept of food creating community. Some of the most important decisions and celebrations in my life have happened around a table, which is why I am adamant about not only talking about the food I eat but the artistry, atmosphere, and vibes in the restaurants I sample. This page, centered around some of my most favorite food experiences has done no less than create a community of people who love food just as much as I do.

I created this account 3 years ago because I was at dinner and a friend looked at me and told me that I should start posting on a separate account because my personal instagram had turned into a fan page for the fun food I ate my freshman year of college. Little did I realize the impact that this page would have on me and the career I would soon start to create. Thank you so much to everyone who has followed me over the past 3 years and who will continue to follow as I continue to expand my palate and hopefully yours too! Oh… and HAPPY NATIONAL FOODIE DAY!!

Let’s talk Athfest!!! This event was one of the most fun weekends I’ve had in the classic city… second to football season, of course! The main stage bands, vendors, and amazing atmosphere artfully composed an amazing day benefitting children in the arts! If you didn’t get the chance to visit this year, follow them and put it on your calendar for next year because you don’t want to miss it!

NEW RESTAURANT ALERT!!! might be one of the most unique orders I’ve ever had! The statement “surprise me” has never had such an amazing outcome! I received the Nacho Maximus that was complete with Doritos and honey mustard on my bagel! Not to mention the community this place creates! I talk about food being about the full experience and this place truly cultivates a spirit of togetherness and home!

This is a must stop if you’re in Athens oh and did I mention they are one of 60 restaurants participating in ATHENS RESTAURANT WEEK!

Ok…. So you have been hearing a lot from me recently because I am finally cashing in on a semester’s worth of content I’ve been banking and I’m so excited about today’s review because it’s been a hot minute since I’ve done a review!!!

is one of my new favorite spots to stop in and work! Their coffee is fantastic and their green tea is one of my favorites! They were also my first experience with matcha!! I highly recommend if you are looking for amazing vibes all around!

I never realized that tasting restaurants around the Athens Area would lead to me finding my passion! Over the past three years, I have tasted nearly every restaurant or coffee shop in Athens, fallen in love with the city and its buzzing life, and found a passion for being a guide to making memories around a table. This page has given me a voice and a platform to learn how to give followers a glimpse at life through my eyes, and for that, I thank everyone who has supported this page and will continue to follow along on my journey! With this being said… I am OVERJOYED to announce that I will be working with as their Athens Restaurant Week Intern this summer! Get ready for my favorite chapter yet: SUMMER IN THE CLASSIC CITY!
