Team Spotlight: Chris 🔥
This week, we’re shining the light on someone who truly keeps the wheels turning—Chris!
Needless to say, we couldn’t do it without him.

You’ll find Chris just about everywhere:
• Tending the smoker with precision
• Working the flattop like a pro
• Crushing it at caterings
• Running food to tables with hustle and heart

To be honest there isn't enough room to post all the things he does to keep our business running smoothly.

But what really sets Chris apart? He’s not just a powerhouse on the floor—he’s a phenomenal leader.
He sets the tone, lifts the team, and leads by example every single shift.

Personally, I couldn’t do this without Chris. I couldn’t ask for a better business partner—we keep each other going and tackle every issue head-on.
It’s been 9 incredible years as business partners, and nearly 36 amazing years as partners in life. His dedication, strength, and heart are woven into everything we do.

Chris' favorite Starbrick food? Our Baby Back Ribs dripping in the Sweet & Sticky Sauce 🤤 (& we had to use an old picture from 2020 because we never have time to snap pictures of ourselves 🤣)
