☀️🛝🌳 Today is going to be BEAUTIFUL! If you're looking to get outside, here's a great spot for all ages: Southeast Clarke Park's World of Wonder Playground

If your kids are the type who immediately sprint toward the tallest thing they can find at a playground (that would be mine!) this playground features a THREE story slide tower that is hard to miss and tons of fun.

There's also multiple rope obstacles and rock walls to climb up, slides to slide down, and bridges to cross. You'll also find swings and seated bench areas to the side of the pictured play areas.

Have a toddler in tow? There's a separate play area designed just for the younger ages complete with age-appropriate equipment and shade.

Pack some snacks and make a morning of it!

🐱✨ It's Meowloween️ for those cat-loving kiddos! ⬇️

Where can I find creek water access like this in Athens/Oconee (in addition to Harris Shoals)?

Or honestly, anywhere within a 30-minute radius.

We recently took a vacation up north and enjoyed a large creek that was easily accessible with plenty of ankle-deep water for my son to play in. He talks about it regularly and I'd love to find something comparable.

I do know about Ben Burton and Thomas Farm Preserve. They're not quite as accessible for convenience and was hoping someone had a suggestion. 🙏
