WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SELL HATCHING EGGS We are lucky enough to have some of the best mentors in the silkie world helping to guide us along our journey to becoming master breeders and exhibitors. This march (2024) we have accomplished one of our goals of becoming Master Exhibitors
We own over 500 birds and hav
e about 40 different breeding coops. All our pens are separated by color and some by feather type. Our main focus in Recognized breeding colors (per SOP) they are Black, White and Paint. We also work with Buff and White bearded Naked Neck. For NSV colors our main focus is on Blue Cream and we also do Chocolate paints and mottled varieties. All this being said please understand we are not a hatchery or pet breeding farm for sales. We breed to raise birds to show and further our show career. We do occasionally have birds available that either do not make our cut for the breeding pens, are extras or simply we are getting out of a color. Those birds will be offered up on our page or at shows in sale areas. WE DO NOT SELL OUR SHOW BIRDS. WE ONLY SELL OUR CULLS.... JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE CULLED FROM OUR BREEDING PROGRAM DOESNT MEAN THEY CANT BE USED IN ANOTHERS PERSONS BREEDING PENS. A BIRDS BLOODLINE CAN GO ALONG WAY

HATCHING EGGS - WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE TO ORDER OR PURCHASE FOR TIME BEING. WE WILL RUN RAFFLES AND WHEN WE HAVE EXTRAS AVAILABLE WE WILL OFFER THEM THEN
WE ARE ALWAYS HATCHING AND ONLY WILL RUN RAFFLES WHEN WE HAVE EXTRA EGGS TO SPARE. THIS IS MAINLY DUE TO NEW BREEDERS/PEOPLE POPPING UP AND SHOWING/SELLING OUR BIRDS CLAIMING OUR BIRDS AS THEIR OWN WITHOUT GIVING CREDIT AND WE ARE WORKING ON ACCOMPLISHING MASTER BREEDER WITH OUR MAIN COLORS AND DONT NEED TO BE COMPETING AGAINST OUR OWN BIRDS. ONCE WE ACHIEVE OUR GOALS WE WILL OPEN BACK UP FOR EGGS
WE STILL WILL SWAP OUR EGGS WITH OTHER KNOWN BREEDERS TO IMPROVE OUR LINE AND THEIRS. SO GOING FORWARD THE ONLY WAY TO GET EGGS FROM US IS TO WIN THEM IN ONE OF OUR AUCTIONS OR RAFFLES. THESE WILL ALWAYS BE HENS CHOICE AND INCLUDE SOME COLORS IN NSV LIKE BLUE CREAM

please read this and understand the policy before placing an egg order with us
Please note that hatching eggs are a gamble we do check fertility weekly and you are getting the same eggs we hatch our own birds from. We have no control over how the post office treats the eggs once they leave our care. We will not be replacing eggs that are damaged or lost in shipping. We bubble wrap each egg, place them in egg cartons inside a smaller box that gets placed in a bigger box for shipping. We also will not resend eggs due to low hatch or development as again we have no control on people's incubators or hatching methods. PLEASE NOTE - Silkies can throw a random partridge or blue from some of our pens and we do not guarantee that every bird that hatches will be show quality or breeder quality. Even the best birds & Breeders can throw a pet quality ugly from time to time (This includes the possibility of single comb, missing or extra toes, Off color etc especially in project pens) We also are using some birds from other breeders as our breeding roosters and we can not control recessive genes that can pop up from time to time. We also have vaulted skulls in some of our pens so if you are anti Vaulted skull then our eggs/birds are not for you. Please know we understand how frustrating it can be to have a bad hatch or scrambled eggs….the best thing to do if that happens in file a claim with USPS and try again. We have done this many times when we purchased shipped hatching eggs for ourselves
