Recent developments in the have sprung about. Here is the Reply brief of the Pro Se Plaintiff to Defendant’s counsels 2nd Motion to Dismiss, after they chose to not settle. At this stage of litigation, 98.9% of “Pro Se” Federal Civil claims are dismissed. (Why has this “Pro Se” been stalled?) Accountability’s analytically. A king once decreed male babies be drowned at birth, then another King decreed that a large percentage of male men shall have minimum to no contact with their own children and no common sense right to the equal custody of their own bloodline. Most women use this initial control as a tool to hurt the Father. Knowing no other way, he is forced to ask a court for permission to “be a Father” without burden which in turn transforms into a transaction where a monthly fee is awarded to the Mother for her troubles and the Father is “granted” visitation to his child turned prisoner. Child “Support” is then used as a tool to blackmail and financially handicap the Father for daring to demand equity for a child that was equally created. Cries of change are ignored by the King’s who folly’s in his gold which he has decreed more important than the sanctity of the Family in his nation. Anything less is illegal and a crime. Ironically 150 years ago, it was illegal for Black men to also read a book. Imagine a house without Fathers.

This spilled over into my custody case? How can a Father (1) show evidence in a that the Mother committed an act of family violence just a few months before the final hearing, (2) that the Mother was held in contempt for 25 days of custodial interference and was likely to do so again, and (3) have the Mother admit that their child spent more overnights with the Father than her consistently month to month for more than over a year and a Father’s child be allowed to move out of state with an abuser?

A day after a Federal district court clerk neglected to issue a summons that was mailed to them against City court Judge Wayne Jernigan, this email was sent to stall the redress of their sloppy conspiracy. Informing me that a Defendant requested not to be served. The same Defendant that disregarded my request for a jury trial. Apparently, their is effort to prevent the “Judge and Prosecutor” from being required to respond to me. Why is all this effort put in to prevent a response against a “Pro Se”? Why are they stalling litigation. This won’t stop with me, it will just begin.

They (Corrupt Powers Black or White) don’t expect men that look like me to do & accomplish something they attributed only to men of a different race and class. So the next best thing is to run from accountability, too good to take head on. The stigma is now void.

Certain clerks in the Northern District Court of Atlanta have failed and neglected to issue a summons against City Court Judge Wayne Jernigan in the federal lawsuit exposing the Conspiracy. These are continued tactics to stall litigation of the biggest Conspiracy in Georgia history. Months of Tyranny and Treason continues, in order to hide which was hid but not hidden but shall hit the light, as all things in the dark in all forms and angles.
