Recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Mushaboom Studio on a client shoot, and it completely changed my workflow.

We've worked on each other's brands here and there, but somehow it never clicked to bring LG (their photographer) onto a client project until now.

We shot the entire new menu for Uwu Desserts, and if you've ever worked with food and drinks that start melting the second they're made, you know the chaos. Trying to capture both photo and video content solo while racing against melting ice and wilting garnishes? Nearly impossible.

Having LG handle photography meant I could fully focus on the video content and BTS footage without that constant mental split. We moved faster, captured more, and honestly? Had so much more fun doing it.

Sometimes the best collaborations are right in front of you. 🎥📸

October is ADHD Awareness Month, and I want to talk about how my neurodivergent brain actually makes me better at business. 🧠

As a business owner with ADHD, people always focus on the "challenges" but honestly? It's my secret weapon.

While others struggle to juggle multiple tasks, my brain thrives in the chaos. Social check ✓ Video creation ✓ Email response ✓ Content scheduling ✓ - all in 20 minutes because that's genuinely how my brain works best.

Yes, there are real challenges. Hour-long meetings feel like torture. I struggle with emotional regulation when overstimulated. I'm internally restless even when I look "together" on the outside.

But here's what I've learned: When you work WITH your brain instead of against it, magic happens.

We're proudly neurodivergent-owned, which means we get it. We encourage stimming during calls. We respect overstimulation. We take breaks when needed. And honestly? Our ADHD brains are exactly why we're great at social media. We see connections others miss and create content that actually keeps people engaged.

Don't leave your audience on read! When someone chooses to engage with you, engage back!

I see so many business owners miss this golden opportunity. They freeze up and don't know what to say in response.

Here's the thing: if you have comments on your post, that means your content is WORKING. You need to follow through and actually talk to your community.

Simple ways to respond:
• Ask them a question about the post: "What part resonated most with you?"
• Thank them genuinely for their compliment
• Share a quick insight or follow-up thought

Bonus tip: Engage on their latest post as a thank-you. It's another great way for your brand to be seen in someone else's comments section.

Don't leave your leads and audience hanging - respond to them! Your engagement shows you care about building real relationships, not just collecting followers.
