This is the Spiderman Aurantia Suit - the red, black and gold one from Spider-Man 2.
Not just a recolor. This is the AURANTIA SUIT.
An original creation designed by Raf Grassetti for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Digital Deluxe Edition, and it's meant to be an evolution of traditional Spider-Man designs.

The name? It comes from Argiope aurantia - the black and yellow garden spider. That's why you get the black undersuit with red armor topped with gold details, the bug-like pronounced eyes with gold outlines, and that massive golden spider on the chest. 
It's classic Peter, but if he took notes from the Iron Spider and the actual spider itself. Red, black, gold. Predator energy. Not friendly neighborhood anymore this is the neighborhood's final warning.
