A lot has shifted.

A job I outgrew. A relationship I had to walk away from. A season of silence while I got myself together.

And in the middle of all of that… I found out I was selected as one of the Top 20 for Entrepreneurs of Impact. 🖤

Not because I had it all figured out — but because I kept showing up anyway.

This is what the Soft-Luxe Lifestyle really looks like: building in the midst of the mess. Trusting the architecture of your own becoming, even when the blueprint isn’t fully clear.

So if you’re in a season of becoming too — welcome. You’re in the right place.

I didn’t expect to get emotional like this… but this moment is real for me.

Lately, I’ve been in a space of re-centering, rebranding, and really figuring out what alignment looks like for me. And in the middle of that… doors have been opening.

Not always in ways I expected, and not always in rooms I thought I was fully prepared for… but somehow, I’m there.

And it reminded me that sometimes God will place you in positions you didn’t think you qualified for — not because you had everything figured out, but because it’s time.

This is what the Soft-Luxe lifestyle means to me.
Choosing to keep showing up for yourself, even when you’re unsure… and trusting that your consistency will meet alignment.

I’ll be sharing more details tomorrow about what this opportunity is and how you can be a part of it — so stay tuned for my next post + keep an eye on my stories 🤎

(and don’t judge my gangsta tears 😭)

I know we like to blame “the algorithm” but…

Is your content honestly just for the…
✖️Likes
✖️Follows
✖️”Attention”
✖️All Of The Above

OR

Does it actually help by…
✅ Sharing your Life or Story
✅ Providing Value in your Niche
✅ Promoting your Brand and/or Business
✅ Growing your Community

There has to be a method to the madness… ya know, PURPOSE 💡

That’s the sweet spot where your WHY combines with your Strategy and is creatively executed by the Content you post.

Can’t blame it ALL on “The Algorithm” if there isn’t Value🤷🏾‍♀️ but we know she does try it though most of the time🥴

Make sense or nah — Want a about this, drop a 🔌 below so I know it’s real! 👇🏾

If “I said what I said” was a person…

Because when it comes to protecting my Time, Energy, Space, Peace, Biz, Brand and Creative Flow - it’s a whole lot of “No’s” being handed out around here.

✖️NO, I’m not doing that or going there.

✖️NO, that appears to be a personal problem.

✖️NO, I’m not taking anything less than I deserve.

✖️NO, because the price is the price.

There is power in the word and saying it is reason enough. Consider this your sign to start showing back up for you first, sis.

Tell me a time where you had to “cuss” somebody out real quick👀

One thing about being a Creative is that you have to be willing to challenge yourself and try some things out.

….regardless of how big or small they seem.

Makeup💄 has been one of my “new things” to learn. And I take pride in the progress I’ve made over the last couple of years.

I still some more techniques I want to learn, but here is Me giving myself my 🌹🌹🌹

What is something you are learning or challenging yourself to do??

Nobody talks enough about how entrepreneurship will force you to meet the parts of yourself you still need to heal.

Read. That. Again.

Not just the ambitious parts.
Not just the gifted parts.
The fearful parts too.

The part that undercharges out of scarcity.
The part that avoids delegation because control feels safer.
The part that takes rejection personally.
The part that hides behind perfectionism.
The part that struggles to hold a boundary without guilt.

Entrepreneurship is not just about building a business.
Sometimes it is about confronting yourself.

And that kind of growth is a lot less glamorous than people make it seem.
But the same patience you give your business, you have to learn to give yourself too.

What part of you is your business forcing you to work on right now?

Good Friday | A Gentle Reminder…

A day that reminds us that sometimes the most sacred transformations require being stripped down first.

I almost didn’t post this video.

The timing wasn’t “perfect.”
I wasn’t “ready.”
The analytics said 6pm — I’m posting now.

But that’s the thing about this season…

God doesn’t wait for you to feel prepared.
He prepares you through the process.

This footage is from a brand shoot years ago. I remember sitting there, deep in thought, unsure of what was next.

I didn’t know then that I was being positioned.

Just like now.

Sometimes He has to humble you before He elevates you.
Sometimes the nervousness you feel isn’t a sign to stop — it’s a sign you’re stepping into something bigger than your comfort zone can hold.

This is what the Soft-Luxe Lifestyle means to me.

It’s not about having it all together.
It’s about trusting the architecture of your becoming — even when you can’t see the full blueprint.

Even when you’re fidgeting.
Even when you’re thinking too hard.
Even when you’re showing up imperfectly.

That IS the work.

The bare. The raw. The “I don’t have all the answers but I’m still here.”

That’s not weakness.
That’s preparation.

Happy Good Friday.
May this be your winning season too. 🖤
