It's 🧺 an activation of 4 planets all at 4 degrees, possibly supportive energy, possibly nothing 😂 The planets ping-pong-ing all around, talking to each other, IS a mostly harmonious formation 💞 & Barbault DID predict the pandemic 🔮 I do find it sweet to collectively be hopeful of caring change 🕊️ Do we need a sensationalist aspect to make that happen?

In true Mercury Retrograde fashion I extended on on the latest Muse thefemmemoon.substack.c🐚m ♋ The New Moon was a review of not just the conjunct Mercury Rx but also Jupiter's move from Cancer to Leo 🦁 Capacity vs insecurity, what's worth risking in the love, creativity, work, home have come up strongly for me lately 🌅

There are not enough hours in the day & security has been my long-game but I'm feeling that it's also time for play & this urge is becoming louder 👀 The heart is allowed to want more 💖 Addl thoughts on financial stability vs. hobby projects AND I hate to say it but really considering the environ in which I want to date now that I am post-divorce settled 💞

For the first time in my life, I've had a LOT more opportunity to take time off, some suitors of interest, but there are SO MANY questions via self-judgment holding me back or what if it's my intuition's honing in on red flags? 🚩 Fodder for the future zine & the Mercury Rx version is still free (LINK IN BIO) for a lil while longer 🆓🆓🆓

Tho my Bastille Day was tender & tense, I'm breaking out of my shell more than I assumed I'd want to Discussing the Cinderella archetype (and my fav Ever After, very Cancer AND Leo coded version of the story) Many things can exist, even contradictory, but bottom line reflecting on THE FUTURE shines The idea of playing small to stay safe, wanting more, what's worth actually wanting & challenging oneself to take the 1st step into the dancefloor 💃

I'm pretty tired of avoidance culture (which plays into hyper-individualism and capitalism if you wanna get down to it) 💨 but I also understand as far as AN ATTACHMENT THEORY 🔗 there are early childhood dynamics and/or traumas that inform the walls built around oneself 🧱

The culture of blocking, stonewalling & so on isn't going to get us anywhere collectively in crisis or love, the macro or micro 👀 We all have a responsibility to be responsible to each other but also to ourselves, how we re-spond vs re-act 😤 Not the most fun subject but getting the most out of ANY Retrograde (but esp Mercury) depends on the ability to communicate w/ others (and yourself) 👁️‍🗨️

The Full Moon in Capricorn and Mercury in Cancer stations Retrograde tomorrow Moon-Day 6/29 with Jupiter moving into Leo for a year soon after 🐐🦀🦁 But 1st we have to get over the tough questions around posturing & ego that the Cap Moon asks of us before going into an astro-frought July 🌝

Today's Venus-Jupiter Conjunction in Cancer is a hot topic buzz word that seems to forgo the Mercury-Saturn side plot, a sticky but brief square that matters, too But I'm personally using this "good luck" pop-astro moment to reflect on the Jupiter in Cancer cycle I've been reflecting a lot on mothering (literal or metaphorical), reciprocity in labor and love, making a home in oneself, the way avoidant attachment is now justified as more autonomy when in late stage capitalism & ChristoFacism, to become an island while there are multiple crisises is not going to help us whatsof*cking ever

I'd like to say this Astro day is all peaches'n'cream but there are also sticky fingers with no sink and soap easily available depending on the way we frame what we are trying to chase This late degree conjunction of the benefics (a huge concentration of energy, an overwhelm, do not forget) CAN be a sweet moment of meet-cutes, windfalls, good luck, but perhaps over-exaggerated & could be a trigger event in the collective for scary s**t around nationalism to come

Maybe it is better to hone in on our communal wishes & review learnings as related to our collective for the past year of Jupiter in Cancer before she fully wraps up Home means nothing if it's self-centered; home is usually many and can not be about hoarding all for one There has been deep emotional excavation and, yes, finding home in oneself, but allowing the vulnerability to be closer to others has been a precious important lesson that we could honor before we come to Sunday's New Moon in Gemini
