🐾 Meet Piper! 🐾

For the past 3½ years, Kyle and Terri Bobbitt have loved calling Arbor Springs home—enjoying golf cart rides to dinner, evening strolls, and all the little things that make this community special.

But home wouldn’t be complete without Piper, their 10-year-old Siberian cat. Named after a character from Charmed, Piper is anything but ordinary. She loves water (yes, really!), greets visitors like old friends, and keeps life interesting by hiding her favorite toy mouse throughout the house.

From moving homes to welcoming their now 4-year-old child, Piper has been there through it all—a loyal companion and cherished member of the family. ❤️

At just 16, Abram Hausmann is proving that consistency beats talent when talent doesn’t show up. A Northgate junior who only started running seriously in 2023, Abram just broke the 20-minute 5K barrier—after nearly two years of showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.
Inspired by a neighbor-turned-mentor and fueled by Arbor Springs’ scenic streets, he’s now aiming for the 17s 👀
His advice? Stay consistent. Don’t compare. Keep going.
