FAITH IN MOTION: TOGETHER WITH INGER ๐๐พโจ๏ธ๐
Westside family and friends, our sister (at only 42 years of age) Inger suffered a major stroke during beginning of September, while she was visiting her terminally ill mother in the hospital.
Suffering from this major stroke caused her to have emergency surgery and days on a ventilator in ICU. While on life support, her mother passed away a few days later. The stroke left Inger with paralysis on one side of her body, limited mobility, and speech challenges. She is currently in intensive therapy and will soon transition to long-term rehabilitation until she can safely return home.
Also, while Inger was in ICU, her sister YuBonca was caring for both their mother and Inger in two different hospitals, relying on Godโs strength to carry her through every moment. She had to bury their mother without Inger even being aware of her passing. Their family has endured more than most of us could imagine in such a short time.
Despite it all, Inger is fighting with courage and support of her sister, every single day. But the road ahead to full healing may be long , and the financial burden is heavy. Insurance covers only a small portion of the care she urgently needs, including:
โข Ongoing rehabilitation
โข In-home care services
โข Medical equipment and transportation
โข Home modifications for safety
โข Daily living and recovery support
Letโs continue to cover Inger in prayer, uplift her family, and show her that she is not facing this season alone.
We are standing with her by praying, believing, and supporting her recovery one step at a time.

Letโs continue to lift her up in love, cover her family in prayer, and remind her that she is surrounded by a church community that cares deeply.
Together with Inger: faith in motion, every day. ๐๐๐พ๐
