This is 33 year old Fallen Dekalb County Officer - David Rose.

In August 2025, he was killed responding to a gunman who had opened fire on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention headquarters in Atlanta. A Marine veteran with three weeks on the job, Officer Rose was a husband, a father, son, and brother.

Today @ Summer Shade Festival @ Grant Park - Dave Franklin shared one of his latest projects - a tribute and honor to Officer Rose one year following his death.
