This lesson is a great one to learn not only in business but also in life. As entrepreneurs grow and expand a business, sometimes things fall through the cracks. You may have a bad shoot, delayed product arrivals, equipment failure, have more projects to complete than time, fall behind deadlines... you name it, it can happen and will happen because….life.

Even when you’ve tried your best, how your client perceives this setback is purely up to them. There is no changing their narrative which is why this saying is true that you can be both the HERO and the VILLAIN. Even seasoned business owners have their days, but what is important is that through any storm you weather in business and in life you make sure you have shown up and done your best and given it your all. You can’t be “on” every single day (even Bey has a bad day lol).

When you hit that bump, you get back up and try again. Entrepreneurship is A LOT of TRIAL & ERROR and you most definitely need to be resilient and adaptable. This is your reminder to give yourself a little grace, ask for help, learn from your mistakes, and move forward.

We’re grateful to have the opportunity to help you all through your entrepreneurial journey as we navigate through our own.

2020 could have gone completely different for us, but thanks to our loyal clients, your referrals, and GOD we have booked our last slot for 2020!

2020 granted us the much needed time to refocus and gain clarity in the business. We’re rebranding, refocusing, repositioning for 2021 and can’t wait for y’all to see the updates!
