This past Winter, West Coast Photographer Paris Gore brought us on to produce several motion & stills assets for Garmin & we are excited to share a few images from our 2 day production. The processes that go into a production like this can vary from project to project. For this one we needed to stay small and nimble. Our biggest challenge was locations and logistics within the 2 day time frame, in & around the city as well as securing two unique indoor locations for boxing and a gym. All locations needed to accessible within a short distance so our small crew could easily move between locations. A bigger footprint would have bogged us down trying to move a big production from one location to the next. A smaller crew also helped to keep costs down and stay within the proposed budget range. The location scout would be an important piece of the production puzzle. There is no one that knows the city of Atlanta better, specially from a locations perspective than AB Cooper. We also enlisted James Ro, Founder of Atlanta run Club who delivered not only himself but several talented elite runners. We also casted for basketball players & a dedicated, fierce female boxer. The authenticity of these athletes truly shines & elevates the final footage & images. The days were early, in the low 30’s and our team along with our real people talent really brought their A game. The hard work put in is evident in the footage & we couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this production with Garmin & their amazing creative team.
Big shout out to our amazing Client, Photographer, DP, Talent & Crew! We are only as great as the people we surround ourselves with! Thank you!
