Airport McDonald’s menu had me genuinely confused today. 😭🍔
They’re advertising that they only sell sandwiches, but the menu is laid out like full combo meals are included, with pricing that makes it look like everything comes as a standard deal. Then when I asked for clarification, it felt like I was the one being unreasonable for even questioning it.
To be clear, if the prices are strictly for sandwiches only, why is the menu designed like it’s showing complete meal combos? That part just doesn’t add up.
Instead of a simple explanation, the employee came across pretty dismissive and said the menu didn’t need any changes. Then she basically moved on to chatting with a coworker like helping a customer wasn’t part of the job. 💀
Between unclear pricing, an unhelpful attitude, and a menu that doesn’t reflect what’s actually being sold, the whole thing felt unnecessarily frustrating.
Is it really that difficult to make the signage clearer?
This is the kind of experience that makes people skip it altogether and head somewhere like Chili’s or Red Robin where the deals are straightforward and the service actually feels like service.
