Atlanta honors Kirsnick Khari Ball, better know as Take- Off in a celebration of life ceremony at State Farm Arena.

Resting within a chrome casket among a beautiful array of white roses, the people of Atlanta gathered to remember and honor the life and legacy of the late multi-platinum recording artist.

With words from Drake, P and Coach K from QC Control and the Mayor of Atlanta. Justin Beiber, Yolanda Adams, Chloë Bailey and Violet Cage brought uplifting and heartfelt performances to family members, loved ones and fans in the stands.

Both Off-Set and Quavo struggled to hide their emotions, but gave a send off to their fallen family member.

For his impact to the culture of Atlanta and in an effort to persuade change for the community, Mayor Andre Dickens awarded Take-Off with a Phoenix Award, the highest honor of Atlanta, posthumously.

The voice behind “The Last Rocket,” came to the mic from Gwinnett, Georgia and brought about a new in the Atlanta music scene with his cousin and uncle, Off-Set and Quavo

Take-Off is known for bringing a laid back, base sound to the Trap Rapping Trio.

Born on June 18, 1994, Take-Off inspired rappers and artists around Metro-atlanta and the nation. His life abruptly taken at the age of 28 on November 1st, 2022 from fatal gunshots.

As his legacy and influence move and live throughout the streets of Atlanta, fans, family members and friends remembered his wise words and loving personality.
