i just seen asia post this picture on fb this morning when i was lurking because he been moving funny lately… & now it all makes sense.

the crazy part? this the SAME man who sat up in my face telling me he was gon get ME pregnant first. fast forward… his girlfriend the one posting her belly pics while he trying to downplay everything like i’m trippin.

he swore i was “digging too deep” & “stalking” her page… like no, YOU just got caught up. you been moving different & now i see why.

then he really had the nerve to say, “you acting like you the only one i deal with” … like wow. so basically you just be out here promising everybody the same sh*t.

& the part that really messed me up? he flipped it back on me talking about “you knew i had a woman, so why is it an issue now that she pregnant?” like be for real.

so my man told me he don’t even feel comfortable coming to my house anymore.
he said every time he come over i got dishes in the sink, laundry in the laundry room, and he even had the nerve to say my place “smells.” 🤨

then he gon’ say, “women who don’t keep they house clean are dirty… that’s nasty.”

first of all, this MY apartment. i pay ALL my bills myself. he don’t contribute to nothing but wanna critique everything.. second, i’m not about to be running behind no grown man making sure my place look like a hotel just so he can sit on the couch for free.

if i’m really that dirty to you, then stop coming over. but one thing about me… don’t ever try to play in my face like i’m nasty when you not even bringing nothing to the table.

my boyfriend asked if his kids could come over for the weekend… i told him no. not because of them, but because i don’t like their mom. every time she drop them off she got a slick attitude, staring me up & down like i’m supposed to feel uncomfortable in my own house.

so no..until she learns how to respect me, her kids won’t be over here. he says i’m petty and it’s not the kids’ fault… but i feel like if she got an issue with me, then it’s her job to fix it, not mine to tolerate it.

my bd really told me no when i asked if he could pick our son up from school so i could stay for overtime and make some extra money.

he said that’s not his problem and i need to “manage my money better.”

but when he need something, i move my whole day around. when it’s me, i’m supposed to just figure it out.

it’s crazy how mothers are expected to bend every time, but fathers always got a reason why they can’t.
and the wild part is if i said no the same way he did, i’d be called bitter or ungrateful.

I see why mothers would rather become single mothers than to deal with these men!!

my man left his phone sitting face up on the couch.
i wasn’t even looking for nothing .. it just lit up.
why tf is it a picture of MY friend on his lock screen??
the same girl that sit in my face smiling, calling me sis !!

the same one that walk in my house asking “where he at?” before she even say hey to me.

now i’m just sitting here staring at the phone like… do i flip it, throw it, or pack my stuff?
cause no way your lock screen just happened to change to my friend’s selfie.
i swear god be giving you signs.. it’s just up to you if you ignore them !!!

my friend seen that i finally moved & she texted me congratulating me, saying she had some extra furniture & kitchen stuff she could give me since i’m starting over…

i told her i really appreciated the gesture, but i had to decline because she got bugs in her house.. like roaches. and i’m not tryna bring that to a brand new place 😭

she instantly got mad saying that was rude & ungrateful, talking about “you could’ve just said no.” like be forreal… how am i rude for wanting to start off clean? i said it nicely too, i didn’t even come at her crazy.

people kill me thinking everything’s shade when you’re just protecting your peace. if i just got a fresh start, why would i risk bringing bugs with me just to make somebody feel good about helping? like nooo baby, i worked too hard for this new chapter.

my man said he had nobody to watch his kids, and asked me to watch them for him 😒

now mind you… i literally just found out he had some crotch goblins anyway. like these lil people popped up outta nowhere. he never mentioned them, not once.

so i told him the same way you kept them a secret, is the same way i’m finna keep my babysitting skills a secret 😂 because why would you hide the kids then expect me to jump in like stepmom of the year??

now i’m the bad guy because i said no. baby… i’m not watching no surprise kids. 🙄

so my sugar daddy gave me his car to use for the month while he was “out of town”… tell me why his wife just reached out talking about “return the car or i’m reporting it stolen.” like girl ??? take that up with your husband, not me.

she talking about he been cheating and she tired of it… baby that sound like a marriage problem, not a me problem. i didn’t take no vows with you. if he was faithful, how you think i ended up in his car in the first place?

why y’all always mad at the woman instead of the man that’s embarrassing you? i ain’t steal him, he gave himself up !!

now i’m tryna figure out… do i return it or keep it since he gave it to me? 😫😫

I bought my man son some shoes just being the good woman i am! i ain’t have to do it, but i was just tryna make sure he was straight. spent my own money, no problem, cuz at the end of the day the kids come first.

tell me why his mama really made him give them back… talking bout “those not the ones i wanted” like i did something wrong. He was actually happy about them, but when I told her I bought them. She called and cussed my man out and said I was playing in their child face, why would I buy them shoes.. without checking with her first anyway. And i bet not ever buy her son nothing else..

whole time i was just tryna help, and somehow i’m still the bad guy.

imagine craving routine, craving focus, craving discipline for that job, that goal, that dream.

that’s the hardest part nobody talks about… the wanting.
because wanting is the seed, but it’s also the weight.
you feel it heavy every day.

wanting better is where it starts.
doing one better thing a day is how it grows. 🌱

i been feeling off all week so i finally took a pregnancy test… it came back positive. instead of being happy or even asking me how i felt, the first thing out my man’s mouth was “you sure it’s mine? or is it my boy’s?” like wow. i couldn’t even process what i was looking at before he threw that in my face.

then he had the nerve to say if it ain’t his, i need to “handle it” and get an abortion because he not about to raise nobody else’s baby. the part that got me is he ain’t even try to talk to me, he just instantly accused me and told me what i need to do with my body.

so now i’m sitting here stuck between being shocked, angry, and hurt. cuz why would you even think that about me? and even if you did, how you gonna try to pressure me into making a decision like that?

so my son asked me for some new shoes the other day. he been wanting them jordans that just dropped. i told him not right now, he gotta wait…

reason why? cuz my man needed some reup money & i felt like i had to hold him down first. he told me once he flip it, everybody gone be straight. i’m thinking bigger picture, like we good later vs. just spending right now.

but now my son looking at me sideways saying i care more about my man than him. he even hit me with ‘so he more important than me?’ & honestly that cut deep.
