so my birthday coming up & i made reservations at louis vuitton for the full luxury experience. i told my man about it & he really talking about ā€œweā€™ll seeā€ ā€¦ because his daughter birthday is a couple days before mine. letā€™s be realā€¦ sheā€™s a kid. she donā€™t even care about no big gifts like that. she gonna play with her toys for a week & forget.

see, this the problem. people love to scream ā€œyou pettyā€ when a mama sets boundaries, but whatā€™s petty about respect? if you canā€™t respect the fact that iā€™m her mama, then you donā€™t need to be around her. point blank.

if yā€™all are in a relationship, help and support should flow naturally without somebody having to beg or spell it out every time. a man that cares is going to notice when you need something, step in, and make life easier for you without waiting for you to ask.

i shouldā€™ve never trusted my cousin with money. she asked me if i had paypal, said she was gonna send me some money & told me to chime it back to her. i thought nothing of itā€¦ until paypal flagged my account.

i asked her about it, she told me ā€œjust send it to me.ā€ i did, and she ainā€™t say another word. fast forward, i check my email today & it says it was a chargeback and the buyer claimed they never received the product. like huh?? WHAT product?? šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø

this exactly why i say family will snake you quicker than strangers. theyā€™ll smile in your face & scam you behind your back.

now my account is flagged & $500 gone. family is the worst investment you can make.

i just found out the dude i been talking to is actually my 3rd cousin šŸ˜© we didnā€™t even know til his mama saw my picture & told him.

now everybody calling me nasty, talking about ā€œthatā€™s still familyā€ & telling me to cut it off. but how?? we never grew up around each other & itā€™s not like we close fr.

i used to feel like i had to be around people just to feel includedā€¦ until i realized half the people i was around didnā€™t even like me for real. once i stayed to myself, life got lighter, money came easier, and my peace hit different. everybody not meant to sit with you.
