My goal is to stop eating meat. I am starting my first week trial run next week. If anyone wants to join me this is my grocery list. By the way it is also limited sugar and limited dairy.
This list is about $150.00. I also have my daily menu prepared. If you would like a copy, type menu in the comment. I have my daily menu prepared for 1,523 calories a day so i can maintain my weight. You can adjust the daily amount if you want less calories.
