A severe storm hit New York City on Saturday, June 6, bringing intense winds of up to 60 mph that caused chaos at a Brooklyn rooftop bar. Dramatic footage shows patrons at the SAA venue fleeing for cover inside as cushions and coolers were violently tossed around the pool area. The fast-moving weather system left behind a trail of damage across the region, downing trees in Queens, the Bronx, and New Jersey. The aftermath resulted in widespread flight delays and disrupted train services throughout the tri-state area.
