Transparency Post:

November 1, 2023 was a day I’ll never forget.
11/1/2023 marks the beginning of a new journey.

I left a remote customer service position that I did for almost 5 years for opportunity to work for a tech startup. The position was hybrid, paid more, and what I thought would be the being to a new future to grow from.

90 days later, I knew this was not a welcoming environment for me or anyone like me. (If you catch my drift 👀)
I was purposely being passively intimidated by the leaders of other departments even though I was a top performer in my department. Since I was just riding the wave until things got better or I found something better.

When they did let me go it was an anxiety ridden relief. I’m elated to finally be out of there but allow scared af I wasn’t prepared.

I’ve been on this freelance journey as a creative ever since. Touching base with Self and Elevating my Mindset.

The Creative I’ve grown into….
It’s been One Year & it’s only up from here!
