Culture narratives are rooted in employees’ reasons for showing up. Get to know what makes your people motivated, and find language that supports their purpose.
Then, it’s up to you to communicate that culture by encouraging the values, connecting your people, and centralizing their directions.
Because when you lead your team towards a path they believe in, the result is a stronger organization that’s equipped to act on strategy and achieve its goals.
