I've spent the last 9 years of my life as a growing entrepreneur where I "got it out the mud"... Learned things on my own, did trial and error, was ignorance on fire many times winging it! I don't know if it was ego or what, but I wanted my own stamp on things. I was always re-inventing somebody's wheel... NOT ANY MORE...That mentality was SLOWING ME DOWN... At the top of this year I made a conscious choice to focus on Collaboration and Plug and Play...

I left my brokerage of 8 years for a company that prioritized hands on training and it wasn't real estate training it was MARKETING training.. .You can know everything about every contract but if you don't know how to generate leads, you don't have a business. This company gave step by step training and is more like a team environment and I LOVE it.

I started my travel business which has a blueprint that is 100% duplicatable. All I did was plugged myself in and I'm seeing growth everyday not just financially but MENTALLY and even EMOTIONALLY (what you know about emotional intelligence?).

I love it here! I am not too smart to do something simple and win! Working yourself into the ground figuring ish out on your own.
