🕵🏽 While building my home office this year, I found a free desk on Facebook Marketplace.
Inside a drawer was a memo dated March 14, 1994 — from Brown Harris Stevens.

A few months after that date, they were publicly exposed in one of NYC’s biggest real estate bribery scandals.

15 building codes. Internal budget reports. A stain, a tear, and a question: Was this the cleanup before the collapse?

We had an incredible time at the Juneteenth Jubilee Celebration at the Columbus Civic Center!

Amazon Godezz opened with a powerful speech about identity, the importance of community, and purpose. She then performed her inspiring song “Lifted High” before introducing fellow artist Itzluv Shawty and sharing his powerful testimony of resilience after overcoming incarceration a reminder of the strength within our people.

Together, they performed “Paradise City,” a track dedicated to uplifting communities, embracing sacrifice, and shifting mindsets toward prosperity.

Following that, The Demi Godzz took the stage with “Build Your Legacy,” a message to the youth about the power of legacy-building and purpose. They closed out with “You’re the Only One,” a heartfelt song glorifying God and celebrating faith.

Special thank you to Jocelyn Hardwick and Kanise Wiggins for your dedication and hard work in bringing this meaningful event to life. Your efforts made this celebration truly unforgettable.
