Kicked off the week with a LIVE segment on | ! 🎤📺✨

Here’s the fun part…I had no idea who was going on before me. The guest? A wonderful financial advisor () sharing tips on how to be smart with your $$ this summer. ☀️

So, I leaned in on the fly and connected our segments:

At Gate A21, something cool happened.

As we waited to board, the gate agent greeted every single person by name and SkyMiles status.

“Welcome aboard, Ms. Thompson. Diamond Medallion. Thank you for flying with us.”

It was so fun to watch all the expressions and interactions.

Then I get to my seat, 14C, and the screen says: “Welcome 14C.”

And I’m prompted to log into my account for personalized preferences.

Small things.
Simple touches.
And yet, incredibly meaningful.

It didn’t matter that we were delayed.
Kindness, thoughtfulness, and intentionality made the experience feel…welcoming.

And it got me thinking -

This is what monthly giving should feel like.

It’s about thoughtful personalization.
Making someone feel seen.
Valued.
Known.

So the next time you’re thinking about retention, think less “grand gesture,” more “quiet wow.”

Two years ago today, I was handed the most important title of my life: Mom.

Today, my daughter turned two!

730 days of the deepest belly laughs, the best snuggles, lotssss of Anna & Elsa, and seeing the world through the wild, wonderful eyes of a tiny human who thinks I’m the coolest person on the planet (for now).

Watching Kennedy grow has reshaped how I show up in all areas of my life.

She reminds me daily to:

📍Stay present
📍Find magic in the small stuff
📍And keep getting back up, no matter how many times you fall

When she was a baby, I made a choice I feel incredibly grateful for:

To set boundaries.

To move meetings around when I was nap trapped (or didn’t happen at all).

And to be fully present—for those first smiles, first steps, and the chaos in between.

This community—my clients, collaborators, and fellow entrepreneurs—you understood. You got it. You gave me grace, flexibility, and support. And I’ll never forget that.

I do this work for her.

To show her what’s possible.
To build something meaningful.

To lead with joy, values, and the occasional snack cup in hand. 😉

Here’s to raising good humans, while continuing to grow as one myself.
