🇨🇳 China’s CASC CH-7 Stealth UAV Completes Maiden Flight
The China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) has successfully conducted the maiden flight of its CH-7 flying-wing unmanned aerial vehicle at an airfield in northwest China. Designed as a high-altitude, high-speed platform, the CH-7 is optimized for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions, with an emphasis on low-observable stealth characteristics.
The CH-7 features a 26-meter wingspan, a maximum takeoff weight of approximately 10,000 kg, and a top speed of up to 926 km/h. With an endurance of up to 15 hours, the UAV is intended for long-duration patrols and deep reconnaissance missions, reinforcing China’s growing portfolio of advanced unmanned and stealth aerial systems.
