What happens when one combines the abilities of a with the power of a Canon ? Quite the shots of a sour orange pie! With only one speedlight and an umbrella to diffuse it we captures these images. Our only problem seemed to be that the pie was extremely reflective. We eliminated that by keeping the angle of incidence behind and to the right of the pie itself.

This clip of fire video in slow motion really is interesting. It is a lesson on the physical properties of flame and how it behaves under pressure. It is also available at Studio Backlot to download and use in your productions. Becoming a member is not at all expensive and the benefits far outweigh the cost!
