Do you ever look at the person driving next to you, or standing in line ahead of you at the store or pharmacy, and wonder what is going on in their life what they might be enduring right now?

So often, we look at others and assume that all is well in their world. But what if we shifted that thinking? What if we assumed that every person we encounter is carrying a burden and chose to treat them in a way that acknowledges that truth?

In a world that can feel overwhelming, kindness reminds us of our shared humanity. It slows us down. It connects us. And it reminds us that even the smallest actions can create meaningful change.
