Biscuit and gravy casserole, cook your sausage, cook your gravy or as directed on package. Get your pan and spray it down. Cut biscuits into 4 pieces and line the bottom of the pan. Get 5 eggs and half of cup of milk and mix in a bowl. Then cover biscuits with sausage, pour gravy over and the pour the eggs over and bake at 350
For 40 minutes. Sorry if the instructions are bad

Every now and then I'll pop open a can of spam, slice it and fry them on a cast iron griddle on the outdoor grill (keeps the stink out out of the house). I use most of it up making egg, cheese and spam, breakfast sandwiches on a bagel or english muffin. Sometimes I'll just put a couple slices between two pieces of bread with some yellow mustard or I might get fancy and put a slice of tomato on. Spam has gotten a bad rep ever since WWII, claiming it's made of all sorts of nasty animal parts and scraps but its not. If it's not your thing, that's cool but it's pure pork shoulder, nothing else.
