Year ✌️ at The Reelies and it did NOT disappoint 👏

I walked away a 2x award-winning content creator by the end of the night! This year I won Best Faceless Reel for the tomato soup + grilled cheese promo reel I created while working with .biscuit.cafe, and tbh I’ll never be able to watch it without getting hungry… I’m glad everyone who voted felt the same way!😂

So grateful that I got to be with the co-presidents of my support team to receive this award: Kevin, my mom and my stepdad 💓

Cameras & Cravings is 1!!!!

It’s officially been a whole year since I went quit corporate life to go all in on photography, social media management and content creation, and life is just so much sweeter. 🍦❤️

I think the most beautiful part of it so far is how many people have told me that they can tell this is a path I was meant to take, that I’m clearly where I’m supposed to be. That’s the greatest compliment of all.

And the way that a whole host of people support me? Unbelievable. From family to friends to clients to mentors to fellow business owners to acquaintances and even sometimes people I’ve never had the chance to meet in person… the community always shows up. Sheesh, I am so grateful.

Year 2, show me what you’ve got!🤩

Core. Freakin’. Memory.

I’d say I’m sorry for the enormous photo dump… but I’m not 😅

I am still just gobsmacked over this… I got to work with on my first large-scale shoot for their new campaign: Meet Me at Marlow’s.

Besides getting to shoot delicious food & bev and work with the kindest agency folks and models, I was literally in a daze all day thinking about how just a year ago, I was coordinating these types of shoots at my corporate job… and now, here I am leading and photographing them, actively watching my visions come to life.

Grateful and excited are simply understatements. Betting on myself and going all in on Cameras & Cravings is one of the best things I’ve ever done, and I am so proud to put this work out into the world.

Forever grateful to the Marlow’s team (who are, btw, genuinely just some of the nicest people ever) for trusting me with this. I will never EVER forget it! 😭

Did I JUST share some sneak peeks from Rosemary & CJ’s wedding album? Yes.

Am I back sharing another one because I fell out of my chair when I finished editing it? YES.

This is me humbly stating that if anyone else is looking for a wedding photographer for your beach ceremony, I am available. And even if I’m not available, I will become available. 😭

it’s been a MINUTE since I attempted any wedding photography… BUT went all in on me with no hesitation. I know I say this a lot, but it really is an honor to work with and capture moments for people I care about.

fun fact: Rosemary and I met in the first grade (!!). She moved away a few years later and we lost touch, but we wound up in the same photojournalism classes at and re-entered each other’s lives. 🩵

yelling ALLLL the congratulations to Rosemary + CJ on a beautiful wedding and a love that is so honest and pure. I will never forget this day. 🥹
