Back To School!!
“What You Know About Date”
Here are a few bts stills from a music video we produced for that they decided to release at the start of the school year last year, to get the kids starting the school year on a high level!
told us that Dr. Wills wanted to shoot a music video that included the students and he wanted a cameo made by Ti. Well you know we got right to it!!
As far as creative, we ended up taking Ti’s classic “What You Know About That” and made a DATE version of their own. Taking 3 of Dates brightest stars and giving them each a verse in the song that talks about their favorite parts of the school!
We broke the production into 2 days, day one we spent our time focusing on covering the school getting B Roll of all the schools highlights, students and faculty. We also knocked out our narrative scenes and solo performances.
Day two we focused in the master performance with all the kids in it at once. We set up a Pep Rally look in the schools gymnasium. Had the band, track team, basketball team while nine.
While the kids were getting set up for the scene, we had Ti land in front of the school, did a sit down with Dr. Wills where they talked the schools plans to teach sustainability and do a walk through of the school to see the greenhouse and school pasture. We scheduled and managed it just well enough to have Ti land in the gymnasium while the kids were in the middle of performing!! They went crazy!!
Thanks Ti to you and your team for helping make this production seamless!! Talent being in time csn make or break your production when you on a really tight schedule time we were.
