It’s Official… Dr. Mrs. Shantel Odidi!!! 🎓
With a heart full of gratitude, I am honored and excited to share that I have officially earned my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Strategy and Innovation from Capella University.
This journey has been one of perseverance, resilience, growth, and unwavering faith. There were moments of challenge, moments of doubt, and countless late nights, but through God’s grace, determination, and the support of those around me, I reached the finish line.
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to my husband. Thank you for introducing me to this journey at Capella University and for believing in me from the very beginning. Your encouragement, confidence in my abilities, and unwavering support inspired me to keep pushing forward, even when the road became difficult. Thank you for reminding me that dreams are worth pursuing.
To my amazing parents, thank you for your unconditional love and unwavering support. Mom, your prayers, sacrifices, encouragement, and constant belief in me have been one of the greatest blessings in my life. You have stood by me through every season, and this achievement is as much yours as it is mine. Dad, thank you for instilling in me the importance of education, resilience, integrity, and hard work.
To my beautiful children, this achievement is especially dedicated to you. You have been my greatest inspiration, my reason to keep going, and the motivation behind every late night, every sacrifice, and every challenge I overcame. I hope that one day, when you look back on this moment, you’ll remember that with faith, determination, perseverance, and hard work, there is no dream beyond your reach. Mommy did this to show you that anything is possible. I love you both more than words can express.
To my family and friends, thank you for every prayer, every encouraging word, every phone call, every message, and every act of kindness throughout this journey. Your love and support have been a constant source of strength, and I am deeply grateful.
This doctorate is more than a title it represents years of sacrifice, learning, perseverance, and growth. It is a reminder that with faith in God, determination, and the support of those we love, even the biggest dreams can become reality.
As I begin this new chapter, I look forward to using my knowledge to create meaningful impact through innovation, technology, leadership, and business strategy.
