30 days. No gluten. No dairy. No sugar. ✨
I started this gut reset because I was tired of being told “everything is fine” when my body was clearly saying otherwise.
What surprised me most? Sugar is in EVERYTHING — and I mean everything. 👀
I cooked every single meal, survived off leftovers, and yes… Siete chips + almond wraps became my best friends.
I worked out 4–5 days a week, burned 400–600 calories a session, and even wore a glucose monitor to see how food was really affecting me.
Labs showed I was deficient in vitamins, so I focused on exactly what my body needed — vitamin D, magnesium, iron, DHEA, a multivitamin, and fish oil for omega-3.
The results? More energy, healthier hair, and a husband who says he can barely keep up with me. 😅
This reset wasn’t about being perfect… it was about being consistent and finally learning what my body actually needs.
